From building the most reliable, tour-worthy amplifiers, answering emails, or helping out when problems arise on the road, we know the value of great service. All too often we hear of musicians that can’t get help from other gear companies, pieces that go down on every tour, and a lack of transparency between the builder and the artist. We have an incredible relationship with all of our artists that goes beyond the gear that they’re playing. It’s a great thing to know that any need you may have, big or small, will be taken care of and addressed quickly.
